For 14 years I worked as a Learning Consultant at a large corporate bank. Here I line managed two teams of learning professions who designed and delivered both business and personal development training.
This role complemented my passion to help people develop and achieve both their personal and business goals. During this time, I completed a diploma in coach / mentoring and became an MBTI practitioner (Myers Briggs Type Indicator).
It was in this role that I won an outstanding achievers award for my dedication to developing others.
Over the past 4 years, I have used the business knowledge I gained in my previous role and the working at height experience my husband has gained following 12 years in this industry, to build Orb Rope Access, our family business.
As I mentor I am excited to see how small business and their founders grow and develop to exceed their goals.
