Carl Bradshaw is the founding business mentor with Bradex Business Solutions, Business Coach and Business Mentor in Lancashire and the North West as a personally tailored service designed to help you achieve both your personal and business ambitions, targets and goals via the benefits of coaching and mentoring. Carl and the business mentor B team bring with them decades of experience both in coaching/mentoring and in business, having run several successful businesses in Manchester and Lancashire for some 30+ years, from financial services to web-based companies. Carl has personally coached and mentored his sales teams and staff, and 1,000 plus businesses and business owners in the last 16 years alone.

Our founder has also spent the last fifteen years working with a mentoring and coaching scheme in Lancashire and the North West funded by various Government agencies, and for 12 years with the East Lancashire Chamber of Commerce helping Micro and Small Business (SME) start and grow.

Mostly Carl continues to help businesses and their owners (aged 32-50) take control of their goals, ambitions and growth plans, and deal with daily issues, from financial controls to straightforward business, marketing and sales planning.

Carl has also achieved the UCLAN Institute of Leadership and Management Level 7 – In Coaching and Mentoring, and was the Regional Head of the Association of Business Mentors and a Fellow of the Institute of Sales Managers (FISM) and is currently a full member of the Association of Business Mentors and a registered Mentor with the Institute of Enterprise and Entrepreneurs (MIOEE) and the Institute of Directors (IoD).
