Back in 2006, I sold my family business just two days before my dad passed away. It was a hard, defining moment that taught me resilience isn’t optional—it’s vital. Since then, I’ve worked with leaders navigating everything from insolvency to unexpected boom times, right through to the chaos of COVID.
I’ve always believed in what I call my “constant contact” method—being there when clients need me most. Long before it was a trademarked brand, it was just common sense: stay close, keep the conversation going, don’t wait for a crisis call.
