Founder Business Mentor
Carl Bradshaw FISM, MIOEE is the founder business mentor at Bradex Business Solutions. We deliver, Business Coach and Business Mentor services in Bolton, Lancashire and the North West of England.
We are often found in the hotel lobbies across Bolton and Greater Manchester from the Last Drop Village to the Village Hotel. The founder has run several successful businesses over the last 30 years in Manchester and Bolton. Including financial services (insurance broking, Independent Financial Advice and Commercial Finance) to online digital media. He also has extensive experience in the third sector.
Our founder has also achieved the UCLAN Institute of Leadership and Management Level 7 – In Coaching and Mentoring. Carl was Regional Head of the Association of Business Mentors for 4 years and holds the Fellow of the Institute of Sales Managers (FISM) and a registered Mentor with the Institute of Enterprise and Entrepreneurs (MIOEE). Carl also holds Cert PFS, and Cert CII, CeMAp in a retired capacity.
Carl has personally mentored his own sales teams and staff, and 1000 plus business and business owners in the last 10 years alone. He has also spent the last nine years working with an executive coaching scheme and business mentor in Bolton. Which was originally funded by the North West Regional Development Agency (NWDA) and latterly the ERDF (European Regional Development Fund). He is also with the East Lancashire Chamber of Commerce helping Micro and Small Business (SME) start and grow under the NEA (New Enterprise Allowance scheme).
