Each quarter, we choose one powerful book on leadership, governance, or strategy. You don’t have to read it cover to cover — we provide concise summaries that pull out the key lessons, saving you time while giving you the insights that matter most in the boardroom.
Monthly 60-Minute Online Session
Once a month, we meet online for a focused, interactive session. Carl facilitates the discussion, sharing the book’s key themes and — most importantly — guiding you to apply them to your own boardroom challenges. You’ll leave each session with 2–3 practical actions you can take back to your board immediately.
Actionable Tools & Guides
